Not only are we delivering energy security through new and existing oil and gas fields, but we are doing so in a way that will play a vital part of helping the country meet net zero. We do this through carbon capture, lowering emissions from oil production and ensuring fields meet strict environmental criteria.

We come from a wide range of backgrounds, whether it's a Government department, industry body or somewhere else entirely.
Most roles are based in Aberdeen, at the heart of the oil and gas industry, with many roles also based in London, at the heart of Whitehall with staff currently expected to be in the office 40% of their working hours.
It's not all office based though. There's some really great training available whatever your level of seniority including our offsite leadership programmes as well as away days and team dinners so you can get to know your team away from an office or a screen.
