We’ve updated our Guidelines for Licence Relinquishment Reports, which include new OGA email addresses for submitting reports.

Relinquishments are processed through the Oil and Gas Portal (Energy Portal Link). Licence operators or administrators are expected to submit a Relinquishment Report to the OGA within three months of a licence or part of a licence (where requested) being relinquished.
They should be emailled to:
- Seaward Licence Reports: relinquishment.reports@nstauthority.co.uk
- Landward Licence Reports: onshore@nstauthority.co.uk
