As part of a storage permit application,the Carbon Storage Licensee must set out how it will meet the NSTA’s expectations with respect to the measurement of carbon dioxide.
This guidance sets out some of the proposed methods for such measurement and indicates where the Carbon Storage Licensee will need to reach agreement with the NSTA on its proposed approach.
