The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) undertook a consultation on proposed regulations for the disclosure of carbon storage information and samples. The consultation sought views on the period of time after which carbon storage information and samples may be disclosed.
The consultation opened on 14 February 2024 and closed on 12 April 2024.
