The OGA is investigating a potential data breach which occurred on 17th and 18th September 2020. Historic OGA invoices were inadvertently sent by an OGA third party supplier, in the OGA’s name, to the incorrect UKCS operators.
We are investigating the situation and currently believe that the nature of the personal data involved is limited. We will notify directly all those affected as soon as possible.
